About The Author
Dr. Christine R. Rudolph
Dr. Christine Rudolph has been writing since childhood, beginning with poetry and developing a lifelong appreciation for the power of words to encourage, comfort, teach, and inspire. Across the decades and through the many seasons of her life, she has created a substantial body of writing, much of it still unpublished, reflecting faith, wisdom, leadership, relationships, life experiences, and the lessons found in everyday moments.
One of the most meaningful expressions of her writing has been creating personal poems in honor of individuals who have transitioned. Written especially for their families, these tributes are often presented orally by Dr. Rudolph at funeral and memorial services. Through them, she seeks to honor a life, preserve meaningful memories, and offer words of comfort during times of loss.
She also has a special interest in writing for children. Her children’s stories are built around principles of virtue, character, faith, and understanding, with the hope of helping young readers learn, grow, make thoughtful choices, and develop a strong foundation for life and faith.
Dr. Rudolph’s writing is also shaped by a broad range of life and professional experiences. She is a graduate of Spelman College with multiple advanced degrees. Her professional journey has included ministry, military service, research, entrepreneurship, and service in C-suite and senior executive leadership roles. Rather than defining her work by titles, she draws upon the lessons gained through these experiences—leadership, service, responsibility, perseverance, stewardship, and the importance of developing others.
Her writing reflects a desire to bring together biblical truth, practical wisdom, thoughtful reflection, and positive expression. Whether writing for pastors, children, families, or readers simply seeking encouragement and insight, her goal is to create worthwhile material that contributes something meaningful to the lives of others.
As founder of Book of Ruth Publishing, Dr. Rudolph is bringing together a lifetime of writing—both new works and ideas carried with her for many years—with a vision to publish books with substance and purpose. She hopes to create work that strengthens faith, encourages growth, preserves wisdom, inspires thoughtful living, and leaves something meaningful for generations to come.
